NAC Breda have confirmed they are hoping to sign Chelsea youngster Stipe Perica on a season-long loan.
The
18-year-old striker only moved to Stamford Bridge from Croatian outfit
NK Zadar at the start of this month but is unlikely to feature in the
first-team any time soon.As a result, the Croatia Under-20 international is set to gain some experience in Holland, with NAC technical director Jeffrey van As confirming the Eredivisie outfit are close to completing a loan deal for the forward.
"It's well known we don't have any money to spend. But the guy is a big talent and besides that very young," he told Voetbal International.
"We can get him on loan from Chelsea for free, so we haven't hesitated for a single moment."
